Microsoft Cloud Sponsors CNBC's New Series 'One Second In...F1 Racing'

LONDON and SINGAPORE, 17 April 2014 – CNBC, First in Business Worldwide, today announced that Microsoft Cloud will sponsor its new 10-part weekly series One Second In… F1 Racing.

The multi-million dollar international, cross-platform sponsorship of the series covers linear, online and mobile platforms across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. The campaign, which starts today, builds on Microsoft's relationship as a technical partner to the Lotus F1 Team and is a key part of its campaign to promote Microsoft's Cloud Solutions to key decision makers in businesses.

CNBC's One Second In… F1 Racing offers a revealing look inside the world's most-watched sports series, where every second counts. The series goes behind the scenes to look at all the technology, innovation and teamwork that goes into each second on the track. It meets the mavericks behind the high-octane racing, delves into the history and looks at the future of the sport that is on the cutting edge of technology and inspires so many.

One Second In… F1 Racing premieres on Thursday, 24 April at 10.30pm BST (11.30pm CET) is supported online with a special reports page www.f1.cnbc.com with stories, video highlights and extra footage. Follow the action using #1secF1racing.
