SEOUL - Bank of Korea Governor Lee Ju-yeol will give congratulatory remarks at a seminar hosted by the Korea Institute of Finance and the Korean Economic Association. The seminar will discuss the tapering of stimulus in the United States and the direction of future South Korean monetary policy - 0435 GMT. SEOUL - South Korean Finance Minister Hyun Oh-seok will attend a session of parliament for the legislation and judiciary committee. JERUSALEM - Bank of Israel announces interest rate decision.

SEOUL - South Korean Finance Minister Hyun Oh-seok will attend a cabinet meeting at the Presidential House - 0100 GMT. SEOUL - Bank of Korea will release the minutes of its April rate-setting meeting - 0700 GMT. BUDAPEST - Central Bank of Hungary holds Monetary Council meeting - 1200 GMT.
