Netflix shareholders vote down chairman/CEO split proposal: Report

Netflix shareholders voted against splitting up the online entertainment company's chairman and CEO roles, according to Dow Jones.

Both titles are currently held by Reed Hastings, Netflix's co-founder.

Shares slid following the news.
