Lightning Round: GM, Valero & more

Are you ready skeedaddy???!!! It's time for the Lightning Round. Cramer makes the call on viewer favorites.

Valero (VLO): It's down enough already, said Cramer. I'm a buyer.

General Motors (GM): The news has been terrible and yet the stock is going higher, said Cramer. That's a bullish sign. When we finally get good news I think it goes much higher.

American Electric Power (AEP): I think the economy is accelerating, therefore, In the second half, I'd be careful of utilities, said Cramer. I'd only want to own the ones that are growing.

EQT Corp. (EQT): I like it, said Cramer, but in the space I'd rather own EOG.

Ruckus Wireless (RKUS): I'd rather own Verizon, said Cramer.

MBIA (MBI): I like Genworth, said Cramer. In the space that's my preferred name.
