Marc Andreessen, co-founder of the venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz, went on another Twitter rampage earlier Tuesday.

This time, the prominent venture capitalist shared the top 10 ways entrepreneurs can destroy their high-growth start-ups, and damage Silicon Valley in the process.

His tips include, "Only hire, and only train/motivate/incent your managers to hire -- don't optimize efficiency, don't do performance management, don't fire."
