In this radical reality series, bosses turn their businesses over to their employees, who are given the power to make changes in the workplace – and even decide the fate of their colleagues. In the premiere, employees at an exercise equipment company in Anaheim, CA must confront the problems in their workplace and try to chart a better course for the future.

At exercise equipment company DFX, the "bottom three" employees plead with their co-workers to keep their jobs.

DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO GO? is an unprecedented reality series with a radical premise. In real workplaces struggling with dysfunction, frustrated bosses will hand over the reins to their employees, forcing them to decide who among them is causing the most problems… and what to do about these poisonous personalities. Should they be given a pay cut… demoted… or even let go?

The series will have six episodes.
