Multimillionaire Christopher Mark is asking $45 million for his 35,000 square feet Disney-like castle in Woodstock, Connecticut, the Daily Mail reported.

The palace, completed in 2008, sits on a 75-acre property which includes a 30-acre lake. The mansion features a moat, a turret and once held a petting zoo. There are eight bedrooms, eight-and-a-half bathrooms, and massage rooms, according to Estately.

Mark, the 51-year-old great-grandson of a Chicago steel tycoon, made headlines in 2005 for allegedly turning away his then-girlfriend Marina Isakova and their newborn daughter from the palatial home. He has since remarried.

"It looks like a real castle from medieval times, like something you'd see at Walt Disney World or in Ireland," John Pizzi, a listing broker at Randall Realtors, told the New York Post.

The sale will not include support staff — the property required ten people for up-keep.
