Another fitness watch is out on the market and this one aims to help users easily keep tabs on their vital statistics.
The Wellograph, a sapphire crystal wellness watch, not only keeps time but also is an activity tracker and heart monitor. It measures a user's steps, pace, idle time, calories burned and heart rate.
The device works independently of a smartphone, has a battery that can last up to seven days per charge and supports all three major platforms: iOS, Android and Windows Phone.
Although, it can sync with a smart device to display the health data it collects, it doesn't have any smartwatch functionalities, such as displaying text messages or phone calls like the Samsung Galaxy Gear.

In the box, the Wellograph comes with a charging adapter and lightning cable, along with a product manual.
The device, priced at $349, is offered in black chrome or brown and is available on Wellograph's website, Amazon and in Microsoft stores.
The Wellograph will still have to compete with other fitness watches on the market such as Garmin's Vivofit and Apple's iWatch, which is expected to be released in early 2015.
