Billionaire investor Mark Cuban, while talking about fostering prosperity on CNBC Wednesday, offered advice to the Republican Party: "Stay completely out of social issues" and the political conversation will naturally turn to creating a more favorable business and economic climate.
But the Dallas Mavericks owner and "Shark Tank" co-host was not too optimistic. "As long as we have the two parties we have, I don't think [Washington] is going to change."

Pondering the question why there's not a party that really caters to a socially liberal, fiscally conservative ideology, Cuban said: "There's so much money involved ... it's hard. I've been involved in efforts to create third parties ... and it's just almost impossible."
"But nothing is completely impossible," he continued in a "Squawk Box" interview. "Hopefully somebody is going to step up and have the piss and vinegar to do it."
Cuban said "the generation of sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll" did not turn out like he believed it would. "We thought we'd live free, stay out of the bedroom, stay out of everybody's lives, and let's just focus on business. It's turned out to be the exact opposite."
