According to digital meteorologist Nick Wiltgen, "Chicago O'Hare, Chicago Midway, and airports in Detroit, Cleveland and Cincinnati are among those likely to see delays simply due to the strong winds." With "low ceilings, wind and rain" forecast in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Washington and Detroit, the FAA warned ground stops and delays were expected Monday at New York's LaGuardia Airport, Philadelphia International Airport, and Washington's Reagan National Airport.
