Trader: Sell retailers, bet on oil

Jim Lebenthal, the current leader of the Fast Money Halftime Report Portfolio competition, sold shares of a retailer and purchased an oil giant in its place, a bet that the long consumer, short energy trade that's worked for six months may end.
