After-hours buzz: Urban Outfitters, Qualcomm, Casey's & more

Check out the companies making headlines after the bell Monday:

Qualcomm - The chipmaker announced a $15 billion stock repurchase program and boosted its dividend by 14 percent. Shares rose about 1.3 percent in extended trading.

Urban Outfitters - The apparel retailer beat fourth-quarter earnings expectations of 60 cents a share by 2 cents, while revenue of $1.01 was in line. Same-store-sales rose 6 percent during the quarter, sending shares up more than 3 percent in after-hours trading.

Casey's General - The food retailer's shares gained about 3 percent after it reported fiscal third-quarter earnings of $1.01 a share, topping estimates of 84 cents a share. Revenue trailed.

21Vianet - The China-based Internet firm reported a fourth-quarter loss of 7 cents per share, sending the stock down more than 4 percent after hours.

Valeant Pharmaceuticals - The pharmaceutical firm's shares edged lower after it launched a private offering of $9.6 billion in senior notes.

Skyworks - The chip maker will join the S&P 500, replacing PetSmart, after the close of trading on March 11. Skyworks shares were up about 2 percent after-hours.
