    HONOLULU _ Bank of Hawaii Corp. on Monday reported first-quarter profit of $42.4 million. The average estimate of seven analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 91 cents per share. Bank of Hawaii shares have risen nearly 4 percent since the beginning of the year.
