    PARMA, Ohio _ GrafTech International Ltd. on Wednesday reported a loss of $22.8 million in its second quarter. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 5 cents per share. GrafTech International shares have decreased almost 1 percent since the beginning of the year.
