S&P 500 futures rose 6.2 points and were above fair value, a formula that evaluates pricing by taking into account interest rates, dividends and time to expiration on the contract.

Brokerages lowered their price targets on Zynga's stock by up to $3 per share after the social-games maker slashed its 2012 outlook for the second time due to a decline in paying customers.
