    SAN JOSE, Calif.-- Tessera Technologies Inc., which licenses miniaturization technology for electronic devices, says that it will give its CEO options to buy 550,000 shares of its stock if the company successfully spins off one of its business segments.

  • Oct 4- Tessera Technologies Inc said it will reward Chief Executive Robert Young with stock options that vest only if he completes the spin-off of one of the chip technology developer's business segments by March 31, 2015.
