EchoStar Corp. said Wednesday that President and CEO Charles Ergen has stepped down from those posts and is being succeeded by board member Michael T. Dugan.
Futures indicated a lower open for the U.S. stock market Monday, and the dollar and European stocks slipped after a strong performance last week following better-than-expected U.S. jobs data.

TiVo Inc. shares skyrocketed Wednesday after a federal court ordered rival Dish Network Corp. to pay the company $103 million for violating TiVo's patent.
