Medco Health Solutions Inc. and Coventry Health Care Inc. said Tuesday they will work together to see if they can reduce health care costs for senior citizens by addressing factors like home safety, diet and medication use.

Shares of health insurer Coventry Health Care Inc. fell Wednesday after a Goldman Sachs analyst put its shares on a sell list, saying the company will likely offer a disappinting 2010 earnings outlook in February and could be hit hard by health care reforms.

A general air of uncertainty over what Washington has in store for health care reform is spreading to Wall Street, where investors are leery over what ramifications the undertaking will have on portfolios.
