Patricia Szarvas is CNBC's main anchor based in Frankfurt. Patricia contributes to all of CNBC Europe's morning programmes including Capital Connection and Worldwide Exchange. Before that she co-anchored Morning Exchange and Power Lunch Europe. Over the past eight years she has reported for the CNBC Channel in the U.S., for N24 in German and Class CNBC in Italian.

Szarvas' experience as a broker and portfolio manager prepared her well for a career on CNBC Europe. Fluent in five languages, she has worked in Italy for Rai Television, France and on Radio Luxembourg.

Prior to becoming an anchor, she worked at some of the top investment banks after studying Economics and Communications.
