“Historically, less than 5% of the time do we have recessions,” Jeff Auxier from Auxier Asset Management told CNBC Tuesday, saying that now is a good time to evaluate individual stocks and buy. “Right now is the time to be focusing on the quality names at bargain prices,” he said.
