UBS doesn't see a recovery in client inflows anytime soon as its tax dispute with the US continues. Higher-than-expected accounting charges pushed the Swiss bank into its fourth straight quarterly loss Tuesday. "It will take well into 2010 before we see some tangible progress," Dirk Becker from Kepler Capital Markets said.
