Home furnishing sellers are among the many retailers hoping for a strong Holiday shopping season. But--will they get their wishes or be unpleasantly surprised this Christmas?

On Power Lunch-- UBS Retail Analyst Brian Nagel says that Bed Bath & Beyond is the market grabber and the retailer to watch in this field. He's spoken with people leaving the store who often say they've spent more than they anticipated.

He doesn't expect Pier 1 Imports will do well this season. After visiting stores-- he feels traffic is light. Nagel says Target poses serious challenges to Pier 1--because they sell similar products at a much lower price point.
