Closing Bell: Market Wrap on Down Day

It goes without saying--well almost without saying-- that it's been a down day for the markets that hasn't been seen in some time--with triple digit losses for the Dow and Blue Chip Index falling as much as 150 points today.

Also--the U.S. Dollar is falling and the Euro is gaining ground.

We've been asking the two main questions since this morning's trading--what's going on and why? The Closing Bell crew took a look at all the answers at the top of the 3 pm hour.
