If you haven't finsihed your holiday shopping. Don’t worry: Gian Fulgoni is sure you’ll get to it today, Tuesday or Wednesday.

Fulgoni, the chairman of Web usage tracker Comscore Networks, spoke to “Squawk Box” about Christmas consumer trends. He predicted that the first three days of this week will see the season's biggest gift-buying spike – and as the crunch-time approaches, much will be purchased via the Internet.

With online purchases slated to grow 25% compared to the same period last year, one wonders which e-commerce firms will be the biggest winners. The chairman gave CNBC’s Joe Kernen a hint: Last year’s top companies in online sales were Amazon.com, Dell, Yahoo! and Wal-Mart Stores' walmart.com Web site.
