Our quote of the day comes from the late stage and film actress Tallulah Bankhead: "If I had my life to live again, I'd make the same mistakes, only sooner."

There's no mistaking OPEC's latest move--as the oil organization seems to have agreed to cut production by some 500,000 barrels a day in February. We'll have several guests throughout today's programming to discuss the effects.

We'll be looking at the American economic talks in China. CNBC's Carl Quintanilla is there and will be giving us the latest. We'll also have Stephen Moore from The Wall Street Journal editorial board with his take. That's on "Morning Call."

We'll also look at pension funds investing in hedge funds. William Gavin is Secretary of the Commonwealth for Massachusetts and he'll be on "Power Lunch" to discuss the issue. And for the ongoing battle over hedge fund regulation--we'll have North Carolina State Treasurer Richard Moore on "Street Signs."

AND:Topping off our hedge fund regulation coverage is an interview with S.E.C. Chariman Christopher Cox on "Street Signs."
