] said on Friday that two of its directors resigned on Jan. 3.
The resignations of John Friedman and Sam Oolie will be effective April 30, Comverse said in an 8-K filing with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. The document did not disclose a reason for their departure.
On Dec. 15 the company announced that its chairman, Ron Hiram, had resigned after stepping into the role in the wake of a stock-options accounting scandal tied to prior management.
Comverse is one of the highest profile companies under scrutiny over questionable practices accounting for stock options grants that inflated their value to the recipient.
