As the US housing market experiences its first deep price correction since the Great Depression, all eyes are on the spring season. 

Will prices continue to drop, as they have for the past six months, or are we getting ready to hit bottom and start to rebound? 

The answer is location; it simply depends on where you live, or where you’re looking. 

Like politics, all real estate is local, so we’d like to offer you a look at what your money will buy in your particular area of interest.
