Gen-Probe Wins Approval to Sell West Nile Virus Test

] has won U.S. approval to sell its Procleix blood test to detect the West Nile virus, a Food and Drug Administration spokeswoman said Friday.
The test is designed to screen donated blood, tissue and organs for the virus, FDA spokeswoman Karen Riley said.
