Disney Completes Probe Into Pixar Stock Options

Walt Disney has completed its investigation into stock option grant practices at Pixar Animation, which Disney acquired last year, according to a statement on Friday by Disney board Chairman John Pepper.
Pepper said that while options were backdated at Pixar before it was acquired by Disney, "no one currently associated with the company engaged in any intentional or deliberate acts of misconduct."
