Shareholders Sue Affiliated Computer Over Buyout Proposal

Affiliated Computer Services said on Thursday it faced two class-action lawsuits over a buyout proposal from its founder, Darwin Deason, and investment fund Cerberus Capital Management, which they say undervalues the company.

ACS, which detailed the suits in a regulatory filing, said it intended to vigorously defend the claims in each of the lawsuits.
