London, UK 23 January 2004: The GSM Association has announced that CNBC Europe, the leading real time financial and business broadcaster, will be the Official Global Broadcast sponsor for the 2004 3GSM World Congress - the global mobile industry's leading annual event.

CNBC Europe will dedicate substantial broadcast coverage of the event - across European, Asian, US and World channels - covering the Congress from Monday 23rd February through Wednesday 25th February 2004.

Each day there will be regular live reports (from 0900 - 1200 CET) featuring GSM industry leaders, along with interviews in CNBC Europe's 'Power Lunch' and 'European Closing Bell' live from.

CNBC Europe will exclusively cover each of the event's key elements - the 3GSM World Congress, the GSMA's Leadership Summit, the Technology Fashion Show and the GSMA's Awards night.

In addition, a half hour feature programme will be broadcast post the event, featuring key take-outs from the Congress.
