Singapore, 3 April, 2006 – CNBC, the world leader in business news, has announced a distribution agreement with Sky Cable, on its new digital platform, SKYCable Platinum, to be launched in April 2006.
“CNBC is widely distributed in the Metro Manila Area, offering maximum reach to our elite target audience of C-Suite viewers and high net worth investors,” said Jeremy Pink, CEO and General Manager, CNBC Asia Pacific. “Our agreement with SKYCable will extend our reach and further optimize the offerings of our channel in the Philippines.”
“CNBC is an integral part of our digital offering. As a business news channel, it provides the ideal programming for our digital audience,” stressed Juno L. Henares-Chuidian, Vice President of Programming for SKYCable.
“We are extremely excited to be one of the partners of the first digital TV Platforms in the Philippines,” Jeremy Pink concluded.
CNBC will be aired on Channel 111, on SKYCable’s digital platform.
