Coca-Cola is in serious talks to acquire all or part of vitamin water maker Glaceau, industry publication Beverage Digest reported on Tuesday.

Quoting sources, Beverage Digest said negotiations are ongoing and that some points of the deal still needed resolving. The newsletter also said sources suggested that Coke may want to announce the deal when its North American bottlers meet in Atlanta next month, or right before.

Coke declined to comment and Glaceau, which is 30%-owned by India's Tata Tea, could not immediately be reached.
