	VIEW FROM THE COCKPIT Making extensive use of the four cameras we were able to place in an American Airlines cockpit, we take viewers along on Flight 1, the Monday morning transcon from New York's JFK to Los Angeles. The only voices are those of the pilots, ground crews and air traffic controllers; viewers will hear a number of exchanges from the time they get seated until they park at their Los Angeles gate.
	GATE GOURMET The term "airline food" may be fodder for late night comedians and weary travelers, but like it or not, it is an important part of the flying experience. We take viewers behind the scenes at Gate Gourmet near Chicago's O'Hare Airport, to see how they perfect the recipes, the cooking, and perhaps most important, the timing and delivery of thousands of meals a day for American Airlines passengers.
	AMERICAN EAGLE If American Eagle were a stand-alone airline, rather than a wholly-owned affiliate of American Airlines, it would still be one of the nation's ten biggest air carriers.
