Stop Trading!

Wednesday, 30 May 2007 | 3:18 PM ET

There are plenty of prospects left for private equity takeovers, Cramer said on today’s “Stop Trading!” segment. Total System Services and parent company Synovus Financial are two obvious targets, he said. Insurance companies Aon and Marsh McLennan , Ross Stores and Cheesecake Factory rounded out his list of potential takeovers. Ross and Cheesecake Factory both appear on Goldman Sach’s list of likely candidates, he noted.

Cramer also remains bullish on the utilities; a sector many analysts think has topped. He named Exelon , Dominion and Edison International as his favorites in an “undervalued” group.
