The Oregon State baseball team is in Omaha for this year's College World Series and they're doing well. John Canzano, covering the team's progress for "The Oregonian" newspaper, stopped by Warren Buffett's famously unpretentious house, chatted with the neighbors, and found "common ground" between the billionaire and the baseball team: both are "unpretentious, frugal, intelligent, remarkably understated and modest." Plus, they're both winners! (See John's photographic souvenir of his pilgrimage.)
