SAP to Respond to Oracle Lawsuit by Midnight

Software maker SAP will respond to rival Oracle's lawsuit accusing it of intellectual property theft by midnight Pacific Daylight Time on Monday, it said in a statement.

"In accordance with the court's schedule, SAP will be responding to Oracle's amended complaint before midnight Pacific Daylight Time today, July 2," it said.

Oracle accuses SAP of illegally using customer log-ins to steal copyrighted materials and other materials from its password-protected Website.
