CNBC.com Video: Warren Buffett Says Market Chaos Can Create Opportunities

A video dispatch from CNBC's Becky Quick has just arrived from Omaha. In it, she reports on her exclusive interview with Warren Buffett ahead of tonight's fundraiser for Barack Obama .. and we hear from Mr Buffett on the tax code and how market chaos can create opportunities.

The public portion of the Obama fundraiser is scheduled to begin right about now. Becky will be sending dispatches and I'll post them as they come in.

Becky reports from the scene that the event is getting off to a little bit of a late start. She says Senator Obama is out meeting and greeting the contributors attending the reception. The media, including Becky, is sequestered, either in a private room or outside.
