Fred Thompson (Finally) To Enter GOP Race

Fred Thompson will officially--and some say finally--step into the race tomorrow for the Republican presidential nomination in 2008. It is too late? What does he have to bring to the race? He's second in the national polls among GOP contenders, but can he stay there? Here's my video segment today from "Street Signs," as I reported from Iowa.
