All items are purchased separately and cost $1.99 each.
You must confirm your order from your phone to complete the purchase.
Items purchased will be billed to your phone number only on completion of download of the item to your phone. You will be billed for each duplicate order downloaded.
Your mobile carrier may charge standard or other text messaging fees.
Some items and payment options are not available on all phones or from all mobile carriers.
Pre-paid phones not supported.
Must be 18 years or older to purchase.

Terms & Conditions for CNBC Mobile Storefronts

All mobile storefront features and content are delivered by CNBC. All text messages initiated from your phone are subject to standard text messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier in addition to any product fees charged, whether to your phone, using Premium SMS payment, to your credit card, debit card, or other payment means supported on our website. Product fees will be charged only upon successful download of the product. Product fees for all mobile phone initiated purchases will be charged to your phone bill. The maximum amount you may purchase during any month will be limited by the regulations of your mobile only to subscribers of the participating U.S. mobile carriers listed on this site. Items are not available on mobile carriers outside the U.S. at this time.

Items are currently not offered by subscription. You must confirm each item before ordering another.

Carriers supporting 3rd party binary content are AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless. You will only be able to obtain an item if your mobile carrier has approved that type of item at the price then-offered.

You will be notified during the check-out process if your mobile carrier or phone does not currently allow downloading the type or price of item you have selected. Currently, pre-paid phones are not supported for binary content downloads.

Premium items are charged to your mobile phone when the file has been completely sent from our server.

At our discretion, we may offer and bill selected items of any type at a lower promotional price.

Your mobile phone and phone plan must provide

Premium SMS
Full mobile Internet access and download capability for 3rd party content providers
The ability to run ringtones, images, and games on your phone.

You are solely responsible for incorrect or mistyped entries, or repeated or incorrect product orders. By completing the purchase process, you acknowledge that you have the required PSMS and Internet access capabilities, and that there are no refunds if you purchase items for phones that do not have these capabilities. There will also be no refunds in the event you select a phone from the phone list different from yours.

CNBC is not responsible for the provision or inability to provide your mobile phone service generally, or for any interruption in your use or your inability to access or use your mobile phone service, including the features or content purchased from any of the CNBC Mobile Storefronts, as result of defects or other problems with your mobile phone service or mobile carrier.
