Mad Mail: Is Sirenza Microdevices a Buy?

Dear Jim: A big thank you from the USC Marshall School of Business Alumni Association, and a big boo-yah to you, Jim! Wow, wow, WOW, I am, and we are, so impressed with you here at USC! I can't even begin to tell you how grateful we are for the OUTSTANDING, EXCELLENT, ABOVE AND BEYOND job that you did for us. The pearls of wisdom you shared with us were terrific. And how absolutely impressed am I with the REAL Jim Cramer? What a terrific, honest, from the heart, truly genuine man you are! Your energy and enthusiasm are magnetic and contagious. I wish you a life filled with passion, success, and adventure. Keep up the great work. --Robin

Dear Mad Money: I would like to know what you think of Sirenza Microdevices . There is talk of a pending buyout by RF Micro Devices . I enjoy your show and watch religiously! Thanks for being there for the everyday person! –Darrell

Dear Jim: A huge Los Angeles, “we do not have a pro football team but at least we have the USC Trojans” boo-yah! I have been racking my brain trying to figure out analyst coverage and am in need of your wisdom and guidance. For example, I am looking at Verifone . Lehman has an "equal-weight” position since June 2005 and Credit Suisse has an upgrade to "outperform" from June 2006. What window of time should I focus on when looking at analyst coverage? Help get me out of the darkness and into the light! Peace out, skee-daddy! --Donovan

Cramer says: “Those [positions] are way too old, you have to go current,” Cramer said. He isn’t bullish on PAY.
