Aside of taking down debt at the worst possible time, Dean Foods has "done everything imaginable wrong," Cramer said on Stop Trading! Friday.

Kraft or ConAgra are the stocks to own in this space, as long as raw costs stabilize. If that happens, Kraft could go to $38-$39 and ConAgra could go to $30.

Another stock in the group, General Mills , could go to $63-$64, Cramer said.
