What do you think, Chief? --Joe Cramer says: “I think that [the Biogen deal] will go out close to $100.” Usually, Cramer doesn’t recommend stocks after they’ve gotten takeover bids, but Biogen is worth a lot, he says, and might be worth hanging onto “a little longer.”

I've been unable to come up with any logical reason why it would be so heavily shorted.
