Stop Trading!: Stay Away From Ambac, MBIA

The arrogance of mortgage insurers Ambac and MBIA is astonishing, Cramer said on Monday's Stop Trading!. Until these companies can prove they can raise capital in this environment – a difficult task, according to Cramer – investors should stay away.

On a more bullish note, retail stocks like Polo Ralph Lauren do not deserve be sitting at 52-week lows now, as far as the Mad Money host is concerned, that colder weather has gripped much of the country.

And if investors want to put their money anywhere, Cramer said, reiterated tech and health care sectors are the best places to go in this “tough” market.
