Lightning Round: Nasdaq, ValueClick, Dolby and More

Nasdaq : Cramer isn’t as bullish on the Nasdaq as he is on the NYSE , which he called a “European company with an American tail.”

Brocade : Cramer thinks it's a buy. BRCD has a strong business and got taken down with Cisco .

Neustar : Decent, but Cramer would rather own “genuine blue chip names” like AT&T or Verizon .

ValueClick : Cramer would own VCLK because he still thinks it’s ripe to get taken over.

Ultra Petroleum : Along with Apache and XTO Energy , UPL is a winner on the belief that natural gas and oil are both going higher.

Yahoo! : Its stake in Alibaba.com doesn’t amount to more than $4 per share, Cramer said. Google , with his new $750 price target, is better.

Dolby Labs : Cramer would pull the trigger on Dolby for its fundamentals.

Integrys : Formerly known as WPS Resources, Integrys is a “fine” utility, although Cramer has been focusing on Con Edison and Edison International as his favorite utility plays.

Jim's charitable trust owns NYSE Euronext and XTO Energy.
