Under Armour : The stock isn’t moving because of inventory problems, Cramer said. But the colder the winter gets the better the stock should do. He likes VF Corp. , too.

Masimo : The business fundamentals on MASI are strong, Cramer said. He’s bullish on Masimo.

Stryker : “You’ve got a winner there. I don’t care that it’s near a 52-week high. I would still buy, buy, buy!”



Genentech : “At this level, I can’t sell it.” Cramer said he thinks DNA is a buy.

China Petroleum :PetroChina , Baidu.com , China Telecom and Focus Media are Cramer’s China picks. Perfect World has had a great run, too, he said.

Walgreen :CVS Caremark and Rite Aid are better picks, Cramer said.

Citigroup : President Bush’s subprime bailout plan is good for city, and a new CEO should “get something cooking,” Cramer said. He won’t abandon this stock.

China Precision Steel :U.S. Steel , AK Steel , Reliance Steel and Cleveland Cliffs are better steel company, Cramer said.

E*TRADE : Investors should stay far away from ETFC.
