Mad Mail: Playing Shaw Group's Insider Selling

Hey Cramer: What’s going on with [CEO Jim] Bernhard from Shaw Group [SGR  Loading...      ()   ]? I know insider sells are not to be scrutinized to an extreme, however, this guy has been selling off millions. I was looking at SGR as a long-term investment when you mentioned it a couple weeks back, but was waiting for it to come in a bit, and, boy, it sure has. What is your take given the recent events as to developing an entry strategy into this stock? --Ron

Cramer says: “There are situations at times where stocks go up so much where you’re going to expect some profit-taking.” Cramer remembered being mocked for recommending Foster-Wheeler [FWLT  Loading...      ()   ] when its CEO was selling off stock, and FCX is up 100 points since. He said he likes Shaw Group, and he’s sticking with it.
