Hey Cramer: What’s going on with [CEO Jim] Bernhard from Shaw Group? I know insider sells are not to be scrutinized to an extreme, however, this guy has been selling off millions. I was looking at SGR as a long-term investment when you mentioned it a couple weeks back, but was waiting for it to come in a bit, and, boy, it sure has. What is your take given the recent events as to developing an entry strategy into this stock? --Ron

Mad Money host Jim Cramer answers your emails.

Cramer says: “There are situations at times where stocks go up so much where you’re going to expect some profit-taking.” Cramer remembered being mocked for recommending Foster-Wheeler when its CEO was selling off stock, and FCX is up 100 points since. He said he likes Shaw Group, and he’s sticking with it.

____________

Dear Jim: I'm a Seminarian, and when reading in the Psalms today I heard your voice when I read Psalm 82:5. "They know nothing, they understand nothing. They walk about in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken." Keep up the good work, and God Bless! --Kevin

Cramer says: “That is so applicable to a group of people called the Federal Reserve that it’s scary.”

Dear Jim: We are getting used to your show, having started watching in about 18 months ago. The only suggestion I have is that you stop throwing things, especially books. --Bill

Cramer says: “I’m not going to stop throwing my book…because it makes me laugh.”
