Desiree Gruber is an accomplished public relations, marketing, and management professional with more than fifteen years experience in the entertainment and corporate fields. Gruber founded Full Picture, a publicity, management, and production company, in 1999 to meet the needs of an increasingly integrated entertainment-media environment. By forging strong relationships with a variety of partners, Full Picture creates synergistic marketing and branding campaigns and original film and television programming opportunities for its clients. In just seven years, Gruber has built the company into one of the most creative and innovative firms at the crossroads of fashion, style, television, and hospitality.

Gruber’s ability to provide unerring direction and creative strategy has not only earned her a reputation as one of the country’s top public relations and management leaders, but also won her eighteen industry awards. In addition to two Emmy nominations for producing the hit Bravo reality television series Project Runway, she has received the Big Apple Award from the Public Relations Society of America, the Communicator Award of Excellence, the Communicator Award of Distinction, and the Communicator Crystal Award. She was also awarded an official Mayor’s Proclamation by the City of New York for her professional and civic accomplishments. Widely known for her vision, integrity, and commitment to excellence, Gruber has been profiled in such publications as O: The Oprah Magazine, Variety, New York magazine, Gotham and PR Week.

Prior to establishing Full Picture, Gruber was Vice President of Entertainment at Rogers & Cowan, a national public relations agency. During her eight-year tenure, she managed various publicity and marketing accounts within the entertainment, music, fashion, and beauty industries and spearheaded the growth of the firm’s New York office.

Gruber serves on the Board of Directors of the New York Historical Society and God’s Love We Deliver, an organization that delivers nutritious, freshly prepared meals to people living with HIV/AIDS or other serious illnesses. She is also a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization and Women in Communication.
