Dell to Buy Networked Storage

Computer vendor Dell said Friday it has agreed to acquire privately held technology consulting company, Networked Storage.
Terms were not disclosed.
Networked Storage is based in Epsom, U.K. and provides infrastructure maintenance and management for several of Europe's leading financial institutions, Dell said in a statement.
Dell said it plans to incorporate Network Storage's methods into its consulting offerings.
