Under Armour [UA  Loading...      ()   ]: The stock may be spiking back up, but that's just because it was brought down so much, Cramer said. That last quarter left a bad taste in his mouth. He can't recommend it.

Emerson Electric [EMR  Loading...      ()   ]: "I like that stock." Cramer said investors should buy Emerson aggressively off the rate cut.

Flextronics [FLEX  Loading...      ()   ]: "I want you to pile in," Cramer said. He's bullish on FLEX.

Waste Management [WMI  Loading...      ()   ]: Cramer said he likes WMI and Republic Services [RSG  Loading...      ()   ] in this group.

PetroChina [PTR  Loading...      ()   ]: "I think you use the pullback in China to buy."

E*TRADE [ETFC  Loading...      ()   ]: The insider buying has Cramer questioning his doubts about E*TRADE. But unless you own it already, don't buy it, he said.
